Our restaurant was founded by a couple passionate about American barbecue food. The menu is inspired by their different cultural backgrounds, with something for everyone in the family (providing they’re a meat-eater!).

How do we produce the best flavours?

Street Kings Smoke Shack smoke locally-sourced meat over a combination of hickory, oak and apple wood in our smoker. Meat is also cooked slowly so it’s as tender and succulent as possible. This produces a wonderful, full taste that can’t be beaten.
